Terms of use

These terms of use (“these terms”) set out the conditions for using PasteDrawer, a Windows application provided by Yunolay Security, run by Atsuki Hakozaki (“we”). By installing or using the app, you agree to these terms.
1. License
- If you buy a license, you may install and use the app on up to two PCs that you yourself use, under these terms.
- Individuals and companies alike may use the app for work. One license may not be shared among several people.
- We retain the copyright and all other rights in the app. You receive only the right to use it.
2. Free trial
You can use every feature free for 14 days from the day you first launch the app. To keep using it after the trial, you need to buy a license.
3. License activation
- Activation requires the license key from your purchase email and an internet connection.
- The app re-checks your activation every 7 days, and keeps working offline for 30 days from the last successful check.
- You can activate up to two PCs. To move to another PC, first deactivate a PC you no longer use.
4. What you may not do
- Sell, transfer, lend or publish the app or your license key
- Redistribute the app
- Bypass or disable license activation
- Modify, decompile or reverse engineer the app, except as permitted by law
- Use the app for any purpose that breaks the law or public order
5. Updates
- Updates within version 1.x are free for license holders.
- Future major versions (such as 2.0) may be sold separately.
- We are not obliged to provide updates.
6. Support
Support is provided by email; see the contact page. We cannot promise to answer every inquiry or fix every bug.
7. Disclaimer
- The app is provided as is. We do not warrant that it suits your particular purpose or that it is free of defects.
- Please keep your own backups of important data.
8. Limitation of liability
If you suffer damage from using the app, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app, except in cases of our intent or gross negligence.
9. Termination
If you break these terms, or if you receive a refund, we may disable your license. The app then returns to an unlicensed state.
10. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms when necessary. Changed terms take effect when posted on the site.
11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute about the app is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction, in the first instance, of the district court with jurisdiction over our place of residence.
This English version is provided for convenience. If it differs from the Japanese version, the Japanese version prevails.
